The ISBSG Productivity Data Query Tool is easy and quick to use.
Specify key information about your project and the tool will find similar projects from the ISBSG Repository. It will then calculate and display statistics (ie. median, 25th percentile and 75th percentile) for these matching projects. The estimates that are returned are:
- Project Delivery Rate (hours/FP)
- Speed of Delivery (FP/month)
- Defect Density (defects per 1000 FP)
- Effort (hours) for your project
- Project Duration (months) for your project
