Naples – Treasure of San Gennaro Tour
Naples, Italy: 30th November 2024, 9:00 – 12:00 CET
We will meet in the center of Naples for a guided tour of the Treasure of San Gennaro, one of the oldest treasures in the world. This treasure was born from the immense gratitude of the Neapolitans, for the protection granted by Saint Gennaro to the city which was threatened by the plague, war and Vesuvius. The devotional objects are priceless, such as: the necklace in gold, silver and precious stones, created by Michele Dato in 1679; the Mitra, in gilded silver with diamonds, rubies, emeralds and two garnets, created by Matteo Treglia in 1713; two silver candlesticks over three and a half meters high donated by Charles III of Bourbon.
The first 20 participants (including non-members) registered by clicking on the REGISTER button will be part of the group with a free guided tour organized by GUFPI-ISMA, but with the payment of an entrance ticket (€8.50/person).

Agile team performance benchmarking by Harold van Heeringen
POSTPONED. New date TBA.
Why Agile Team Performance Measurement?
While traditional performance metrics often measure individual output or adherence to pre-defined plans, measuring performance in agile teams requires a different approach. Agile teams operate in iterative cycles, prioritizing adaptability and learning over rigid goals. Organizations still measure their performance for the following reasons: transparency and communication, learning and continuous improvement and ensuring value delivery:
Ultimately, measuring performance in agile teams is about: supporting continuous improvement, making informed decisions, ensuring value delivery and fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented culture. By correctly using the right metrics, organizations can empower their agile teams to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
