One of the biggest problems in the development of a software product is the quality assurance of the delivered product. This depends directly on the testing process that we have implemented in our company.

In most cases, the decisions regarding testing are based on subjective perceptions or on relative data that do not allow an effective diagnosis. This makes it impossible to improve the testing process.

In this presentation we will see how to improve our testing process and how market data can help us to do it.
