This questionnaire consists of 10 pages. If you are unable to finish the questionnaire in one attempt, your responses can be saved, so you can continue at another time. To do this, responses must be typed to all questions on the first page - Contact Person, Organisation, E-mail and Application Name. Together these fields uniquely identify you and your application. Pressing ENTER or the 'Next' button, located at the bottom of a page, saves the responses typed on that page. If warnings are displayed on a page, but you still wish to save your responses, press the 'Submit Anyway' button located at the top of the page.
To re-visit an incomplete questionnaire, type in: Contact Person, Organisation, E-mail and Application Name - all on page 1. Press 'Next' and your incomplete questionnaire will be displayed.
