The ISBSG Software Maintenance & Support repository has over 350 applications. This data can be used to improve management performance of software portfolio maintenance and support.
The repository now has sufficient applications for ISBSG to offer a free benchmark report for each application that is submitted. If you submit data for multiple applications to the repository you will be rewarded with free ISBSG products.
The Maintenance & Support data can be licensed. It is available in Excel spreadsheet format delivered via email in a ZIP file.
Submit Data
The ISBSG plans to reach 1,000 applications in the M&S repository by June 2009. Please help us to achieve this objective by submitting some of your applications. Anonymity and security are guaranteed by the ISBSG's process that ensures that the identity of contributors remains confidential. This prevents the users of the ISBSG data from identifying submitters.
