The ISBSG Early Estimate Checker tool provides fast, interactive project estimates based on the user's choice of variables: project size, platform and language type. These variables can be changed 'on the fly" to reveal the impact of changing language type, for example. The tool also provides a confidence percentage based on the size and quality of the project data sample that it has used in the calculation plus a comprehensive set of graphs.
